The other day Jacob was playing a surfing game on the computer. I was sitting at the kitchen table doing some knitting or beading or something (that's not important).
Jacob: "Mom, was there surfing way back then?"
Me: "Way back when?"
Jacob: "Way back then.."
Me: "Jacob, you have to give me a time frame so I know what time you are talking about."
Jacob: "Oh .... you know...... The 80's."
Me: silence.......*insert rolling eyes too* "Yes Son."

I feel so old.......
I know....the other day Ian and I were talking about which records we had when we were young and Tim said, "What are records? What do they do?" And it was the most depressing thing to describe the record player and how it worked. It was like my parents explaining 8 tracks to me and my sister. Ugh....getting older.....
