ok...so I had a whole rant typed up about selling a house in Kentucky and how it sucks and so forth, but I deleted the whole thing.
I'm just not going to post my drama of things that aggrevate me to the core. I mean come on, don't you hear enough from other people??
So anyway...send good thoughts to whatever powers that be in Kentucky that can get the GOSH DARN FRIGGIN' BALL Rolling so we can close on that frickin' house!

You can email me and rant all you want, my friend. I hated the process of selling a house. Was very stressful, so I can't imagine how awful it must be to try to do it from afar!
Real estate transactions really suck - so stressful, especially when they drag on forever. Good thing we have knitting to help deal with these crises!!
The market is so crappy right now... but sending GOOD thoughts your way... sell, sell, sell!!! :)
